When finished, this master-planned community will also include Ritz-Carlton branded, high-end Estate Homes up to 12,000 SF, Villas up to 4,800 SF and 41 Fendi Private Residences. The Palmeraie is planned to have 12 restaurants as well as what is touted as “Class AA+” office space and below-grade parking facilities. Other notable amenities within the mixed-use development for today’s most affluent travelers will include a 16,000 SF indoor and outdoor spa and at nearly 400 feet, one of North America’s longest resort pools.
H2 has provided technical support to the developer for analysis of large change orders for the resort, review and reporting on the resort construction, and document review for the retail/commercial portion of the project. The project is currently under construction and H2 is continuing to provide specialized professional services.
